the breakfast had a lot of variety, acceptable.
The shower drainage did not work properly. The bathroom overflowed, quite frustrating. air conditioning was also faulty, even after it was supposedly reset. this.

cute stafftiny wc spaceawkward room
the staff were very cute.
the wc space felt tiny. also, the room was small and awkwardly arranged. there wasn't a convenient place to put luggage (i had a large suitcase!). the balcony view wasn't worth the price of the room.

The hotel is immaculate! the staff went out of their way to help us. breakfast was delicious. We ate too much.
the lift wasn't working when we arrived. an upgrade to a suite cost extra, but it wasn't what i'd call a suite. the shower head had limescale, and the sink had black mould in the joints.
